Think about it – October 1st to December 31st was a blur – isn’t it always? We get through the holidays and just want to get home at dark (er… 5pm), and cuddle up with a warm drink! Resolutions? Who wants to get up enough energy to bundle up, trudge to the gym or haul a big bunch of fresh veggies home from the grocery store and eat like it’s mid summer?? Not many of us.
So don’t make any resolutions. Skip the broad proclamations, which you will inevitably burn out on, and instead spend the remainder of January getting back into the flow of things. You‘ve got all year to make yourself better.
Enter FEBRUARY! Time for a new start – the groundhog will tell us spring is coming (we hope), and we all want to start moving and get healthy and think about summer to come! NOW it’s time to make some goals!
